Hi my name is Freddy Miraballes, owner of Hattertown Farm. In 2018, my wife Monica and I moved to a farm in Newtown to get closer to our Uruguayan roots and provide better quality food for our family. Now my family and I enjoy sitting around the table eating fresh meat and we take solace in knowing where it all comes from – and how well the animals are consistently treated. 

In the past few years, the farm has grown, and we now have enough meat to share with you.
